I’m not sure if this is a coincidence or if this has anything to do with the large-scale demolition of the old Bell & Evans building in Toronto. I’ve been seeing a lot of news these days about the building’s imminent demolition. The news website reports that “as of the autumn of 2013, the Bell & Evans building, located at 416 Yonge Street East, will be demolished.
The Bell amp Evans building is the former site of a successful business that was acquired by a group of investors who wanted to transform it into apartments. The investors made the decision to sell the building on the condition that the land they needed to build on it would be given to the city. The building originally had an address of 404 Yonge Street East, but the city had no intention of giving it a new address.
The building was constructed at a time when the city did not have a municipal zoning ordinance. The former owner of the building was an attorney who was a longtime resident of the neighbourhood. As such, the city allowed him to use the property as his own business, despite the fact that the original zoning didn’t allow for commercial uses.
So when the city came to the property for a zoning update to allow commercial uses, they took it as a sign that the building should be given the new address. But then when it came time to tear down the building, they discovered that the building had an old resident living in it. He had a history of zoning violations and had the building declared a nuisance.
And he ended up being evicted, so now he’s living in a house he owns, but his neighbors are trying to evict him. He then decides to use the building as his own business, which is great, right? Except that it’s a very small business. So he can’t sell anything without the city’s permission and so he’s having to hire people to do the work to make it profitable.
Well, he had a great idea. He should have told the city about it because if they find out that he is doing this, they might take actions against him. He would actually be in trouble for a long time because he didn’t tell the city about his project, so instead he went to the police and said that he was going to put up a sign on his building. He asked the police to come to the building and check it out.
He had a great idea and it’s a good one. I think it’s also a great idea because it means that the city is going to be paying for the work. It’s also a great idea because it means that spacebellengadget must be a good guy. I mean, if he’s not getting paid for the building, then his only option is to hide out somewhere. So, if he hires people to make it happen, then he must be a good guy.
Oh, and there’s another reason why spacebellengadget was a good idea. Because its a good idea to put up a sign and you don’t have to see the sign. If you don’t, then I can tell you that spacebellengadget is not a good guy. And I’m not saying thats a good thing. I’m saying its not a good idea to put up a sign because it just makes him look like he’s a bad guy.
Yes! I feel that way too, but as someone who likes the way spacebellengadget looks, I find that that is not the way that he is. I think he is a good guy, but I dont think he is a good guy at all. He is just a good guy that is trying to do good. He has a good reason for doing everything he does.
Spacebellengadget is a good guy. He keeps his word, even though he doesn’t always keep it. In fact, he doesn’t even know that the world is going to end. He’s just a regular guy that keeps his promise. He works hard to keep his promise even if it means sacrificing his own life for it. I think that is the only real downside to spacebellengadget.
