I have a number of friends who work in consulting, and I am always amazed at how many people have this type of job. For many, the work just feels like it’s the most important thing to do. Yet if you ask the people in that job, it’s an almost bottomless pit of work. The amount of time they spend with clients, attending conferences, and working with the financial services industry is extraordinary.

I can say with confidence that this is a different type of consulting job than I’ve seen in the past. I have a friend who has this type of job, and he feels that, in many ways, it’s harder to find than it used to be.

That’s because, while the work is still important, so many people are starting to get burned out. I’ve seen it personally from my own clients. I was in a meeting with someone I really respect, and he was talking about his job. I stopped him, and asked him what on earth he was talking about. He replied that his job is like trying to get a new car.

This is a good point. If you are in the market for a new job, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and think, “I can’t find anyone who has what I need.” If you don’t know what you need, you’re not getting the job you’re looking for. Finding what you need can be a difficult process, but there are a few things to keep in mind when you’re starting out.

The first is that you dont have to be the smartest person to be a good consultant. If youre a creative type, you might get a job that requires you to be able to create things, but you need to know what you want to create. Or you might get a job that requires you to have a certain amount of experience, but you need to know how to present yourself.
