We seem to be in the midst of a time that is more about systems and less about individuals and relationships. To be productive in a time like this, we must begin to think systems. We must begin to be intentional about what we are doing and what we want to achieve.
To start thinking about systems and creating them, we must first understand what systems are. Systems enable us to organize our knowledge and our actions, create systems that allow us to organize our actions, and create systems that allow us to organize our knowledge.
The first thing we need to understand about systems is that they are created by individuals who have created them. That means we can’t just say, “I need to think about systems” and expect to magically create them. We must first figure out what systems we are going to create, then begin the process of creating them.
A big part of systems is understanding the difference between how we think and how we act. We think we are organized, but really we are not. I could easily tell you how I organize my desk, or how I organize my computer, or how I organize my refrigerator, or even how I organize my kitchen, it would take you two seconds to figure that out.
Think systems and expect to magically create them. We must first figure out what systems we are going to create, then begin the process of creating them. We must first understand the difference between how we think and how we act. We must first figure out how our brains are wired, but then let that go. To start with, you might not realize that your mind is a network of neurons.
That’s true. The nervous system has many components, the most obvious being the brain. A single neuron is responsible for receiving information from the rest of the brain and relaying it to the rest of your body. The entire brain is a complex network, and it is the connections between neurons that are important. The brain is a very complex and sophisticated system, and as our brains mature throughout our lives, we learn to rely on it for everything from making sound to controlling our actions.
When it comes to the nervous system, there are only two types of neurons that are important, namely sensory-motor neurons, and motor neurons. Sensory-motor neurons are involved in sensing and relaying information about the external world.
The sensory-motor neuron is important because it is the first part of the nervous system to be developed and wired up. Once you’re born, the sensory nervous system is already wired for you. It then becomes a system for how we learn, which is why when a child is being taught to speak, there are sensory connections for the vocal folds. The sensory nervous system is also important because it provides the structure for the brain to form and grow.
The sensory nervous system is basically the brain that processes the input from the senses and helps interpret the result. It is the part of the nervous system that tells the brain where and how to move.
I think a good example is how a child learns to speak. There are a ton of sensory connections that the brain needs to form and grow. The sensory nervous system is one of the last to form and needs to do so quite early. The sensory nervous system is also important because it provides the structure for the brain to form and grow.
