As a business analyst, I love hearing about the latest trends in the industry. I also love to hear about what’s new and what needs to be done. One of my favorite topics to discuss with my clients is how to optimize their marketing strategies and increase the number of people they reach with their message.
My job as a business analyst is to help these companies increase their reach and create content that is more valuable to their customers. I don’t have to guess what your problem is. A great way to increase your reach is to offer products that are more valuable to your customer base. My favorite example of this is the movie, “The service economy” by Peter Drucker.
