By making sure you’re fit to do the job, sap makes sure you will be a good employee and a good employee is a better employee. What I remember from my experience with Sap companies is that a lot of the people they hire are the most qualified and are looking for a decent pay, bonuses, and benefits. I don’t think that’s a bad thing either, I just think that the Sap company should also be efficient.
