As we learned in the last section, we are able to learn to become aware of our own habits and routines through our experiences and the things we learn. This section covers the kinds of things we learn, experiences that help us become self-aware, and some of our own habits and routines that make us who we are.

A lot of us have heard that we are able to see our inner thoughts and experiences, but what are they? It’s easy to learn to become aware of them by simply thinking about them. It’s even harder to do it by actually experiencing them. Sometimes it’s necessary to go out into the world and see them for ourselves. But in the end, we don’t always have to do it.

In the end, if you want to get real about your own thoughts and experiences, you need to learn to be present. You need to observe yourself, and make a study of yourself so you can observe yourself. It takes dedication and practice, but once you start, it becomes second nature.

If you’re like me, you are the type of person that has trouble keeping your head still. You’re always thinking about something, in the middle of the conversation, or you’re just too distracted to stop and listen to everything that comes out of your mouth. I’ve learned that you can’t fix yourself. You can only fix yourself, if you learn how to be present instead of fixating on your own thoughts.

The reason I ask is that I have a lot of work to do. I’ve been working on a way to make my own way of thinking, which I love. I’m not sure how much of it I like, but I’ve been working on something that has been a bit too much in my own life. That’s part of it.
