I have always had a tendency to fall into the trap of writing things down and then forgetting. This is a big issue for me because I tend to be very wordy, and once I write something down, I forget it. For the most part, I do not mind writing things down. I find that I can get into a sort of mental rut by just writing them down. As a reminder, this is a journal that I keep on my computer. I use this journal when I’m trying to make a point that is of interest to me. I have a few pages of notes that I jot down, and then I go back and read them as I go along. The idea is that if I am getting lost in my day, I can come back to it later and get back on track.
