What are you looking for?

A client of ours, was given the chance to decorate the home of her daughter. The client had been a designer for ten years, and it had been a while since she’d worked on a project. Since she was so busy, she said she needed to start working on the project on her own. Her daughter had been in the process of purchasing a house for her. The client wanted to get a feel for the home and to know what it was like for her daughter.

She is now ready to go live in this house, but she is not ready to buy yet. For the last few years, the client had been looking at houses for sale online, and she was always looking to get a good deal. When she finally found one on the market, the price was reasonable, and the home was nicely decorated. For the last few years, the client had been searching for a home with a lot of interior space to move into.

She was trying to buy the home, but after the first month, she decided that perhaps she didn’t really need all that much space, and she wanted to sell the house when she looked at the home. She was looking to move into a smaller home with a lot more room. So she put the house on the market, and we were very excited about it. Eventually, she decided to do the sale, and we were very excited about the home too.

We helped the home owner sell it. The client bought it from the seller, and we were so happy to help with the transaction. We were very excited about the home too.

We definitely see a lot of potential in our clients’ houses and are excited to see what this house is going to look like. This is one of the first houses they have seen that really brings out their personal style. It’s in an area of town that is a bit out of the way, but not too far from downtown, so its not too far away from things that make you happy to be in Atlanta.
