So maybe the blind person has a higher IQ because they have lower IQ, and the sighted person has a lower IQ because the blind person has higher IQ. It’s a complicated question, but we have to find the answer to this question.

Actually, the answer is not quite that simple. A blind person can have a higher IQ than an individual with a lower IQ. Blind people are often referred to as having the intelligence of a blind person. What this means is that they have lower IQ, yet they have the same amount of intelligence as a sighted person.

This means that people with a lower IQ are able to think more clearly, are more intelligent, and have a higher IQ than sighted people. This is one of the reasons that we can make a compelling argument that sighted people are more intelligent than blind people.

For example, consider a blind person, who is a student of mine. I recently had a conversation with a blind person who was a professor of mine. She pointed out that she would often not have to write a paper for her class because she could take notes on her smart phone. She never used paper, and she never had any paper around. She only needed to read on her smart phone.

There are people who have this problem: They can’t see the letters and numbers that go into a computer file. So, for example, if you want to add a new email address to your email account, you have to type the letters and numbers. If you have a blind person, he or she has to learn how to type letters and numbers. And that’s a major problem because if you don’t have a computer, you can’t write or type anything.

The problem is this is not a problem just for blind people. For those who are very, very visually impaired, the problem is much more severe. They are unable to process the input that comes from their eyes. This is a big problem because so many people with visual impairment simply type because it is the fastest and easiest way to do that. We are finding that the average age to learn to type an email is now around 11 and in some cases less.

This problem is really a problem for people with a visual impairment because they dont have the skills to use computers, keyboards, and the like. In the case of the average computer user, those skills are really something to be developed, not something that is innate. In the case of people with visual impairment who have lost their sight, this is a serious issue because their skills are really the only thing they have to fall back on.

The average computer user does not have the intelligence to type large quantities of text. And with the advent of touch sensitive devices we can now touch-type large amounts of text. But people with a visual impairment can no longer use keyboards and touch-screens, and are still limited to using computers and the like. This is something that is not really a problem until the onset of blindness. Then that ability to type large amounts of text is a problem.
