I know I should have said it earlier, but I just can’t seem to find the right word for it. I feel like an “intentional doer” is not quite right, so I went with “intentionally mindful.
I think it is because a mindful exercise is so much about you, where it is focused on your thoughts and actions. It is not just about running through a set of steps, but it is about being aware of the things you are doing. This is one of the things I like about mindful running, it is a little different. But, it is still about you. So, when you are planning your day it is about you.

This is the most important thing you can say to yourself when you are intentional about what you are doing. It is very hard to do this when you are not aware of what your doing. A lot of times people will say to themselves, “I am so happy right now.
Being intentional about what you are doing means you are aware of what is going on around you. It means that you are aware of what your doing and why you are doing it. When you are intentional about what you are doing, you can be aware of other people around you as well. It is about your personal growth, and this is part of why it is so important to be intentional about what you are doing.
The best self-awareness is when you are intentional about you. Not only do you have to be intentional about what you are doing, but you have to be intentional about how you are doing it. We all have the same goal on life, but the difference is we are all trying to achieve it in different ways. You need to be intentional about what you are doing, so you can be intentional about how you are doing it.
That is one of the things that makes it hard to be self-aware. Trying to be intentional about what you are doing has the effect of making it too easy to just let your inner voice control you. This is why it is so helpful to have an external motivator (e.g., a friend or coach, a positive environment, or a positive outcome).
Most people are so caught up in their own self-focused goals that they don’t see how they are sabotaging themselves, and they don’t see that they can be sabotaging themselves by not being intentional about what they are doing.
This is an extremely important point. Self-awareness is the second most important thing you can take away from this lesson. The first being that it is much easier to get off on autopilot than to get back on. If you are working on a novel, then you might have trouble getting it out of your head and onto paper. The same is true for building a website, a blog, or a blog post.
Self-awareness is the ability to say, “I’m not so smart. I get things wrong,” that is why I think we need to take a break from writing stories and novels to make sure we’re aware of how we are sabotaging ourselves.
