In an effort to bring more transparency to our organization, I have decided to start an organization to give out my weekly intelligence report. Not only will it be a weekly report, but I will be giving it out to all different levels of leadership. It will be a way to give people a way to access my insights, which I am sure is something that they would value. I think it will be a great way to get everyone up to speed.
Although we want our people to be able to connect to me through the report, we are not yet ready to share this information online. There are a few things we would like to communicate about the report though, so I’m going to talk more about them in a later blog post.
