I’ve always been the type of person who likes to move through different tasks with a certain amount of self-awareness, something that keeps us from getting burned out and burning out others. In our business, we focus on the customer and what we’re going to do for them. Self-awareness is how to keep that customer engaged.

And that’s why we call it “self-awareness”. When we’re working with different people across different projects, we often get to know them better and learn something a bit about them. This makes it much easier to build trust and communication with our customers, and when we’re working with people who care about what we are doing, we have more ideas and options.

This is the point I was trying to make in the title. We can all be very different styles of person, but we can all operate in the same way. We are all living our lives in our own unique style, which is to say, in a style that will benefit us as a person or company.

The question is not whether or not to operate in a style that makes the most sense for you, but rather, to what extent you should operate in a style that makes sense for you. There are so many different ways to operate that it’s impossible to describe them all in one line.
