I’ve had the fortune to work with a number of growth strategy consulting firms on my own, and they are all pretty impressive, if you think about it.
The biggest problem is that they all seem to be in the business of selling you on the idea that you can make huge amounts of money from some grand growth strategy, in which case it is all well and good to pay them to sell it to you. While it is true that this is a very viable concept, it is also very hard to do, because the idea of making that much money from a single strategy does not exist.
There are still a lot of people who don’t like growth strategy consulting. One of the main reasons is that they’re too busy selling other people’s ideas, and they don’t have the time to buy and buy, or to sell them.
In fact, it is much easier to start a strategy consulting company, and sell it to a company that already has a bunch of people in it. A lot of growth strategy consulting companies would probably be quite busy if they were doing this. So the idea is that you buy a piece of the company and sell it to the company for a good price, and then sell it to more companies. But if you dont actually need that money, you dont have to go that far.

The problem is that while a lot of consulting companies have good ideas and good people on staff, there are so many great consulting companies out there that they are overwhelmed, and it is hard to compete with. As consultants, we need to be smart with our money. We need to be sure that we spend it wisely. That means not spending all of it on one thing, but also not having too much of it. For me it’s basically the opposite. I usually work on ways that people can make money, grow their business, or build a bigger business. I don’t want to spend my time on things that are going to only make people unhappy.
I think this is the right attitude. Most startups are going to be building a business that is going to grow. That should be a priority.
If you think about it, being a CEO is really challenging. If you are a real CEO, you probably have a few things you do that you aren’t so good at, or even at all. You probably have a lot of time on your hands that you can work on other things to fill your time. Also, unless you are a very skilled business owner, you probably don’t have a lot of time to devote to your own side projects.
