Now that the global economy has settled down a bit, it’s hard to believe that we haven’t already made a lot of progress in the last few years. That said, we still have a lot of work to do, particularly on the infrastructure front. To that end, we’ve been working on improving our online presence, including creating a great website that will facilitate our social media efforts and grow our subscriber base.
We’re doing this by integrating social media, as well as building out our website, into our in-game economy. Basically, we give away our goods and services for free in order to drive traffic to our website, thus increasing our subscriber base. We’ve even been talking about how to monetize these services, which will be a separate post.
One of the best things about Global Assets is that the game can monetize it. This means that it is possible to make a profit off of items and services that are given away in-game.
We’re trying to take this a step further and give these services away as part of the in-game economy, but it’s also possible to earn a good living off of them. The best way to learn about the in-game economy is to try out Global Assets ourselves. Since Global Assets is a free download, we can’t really provide a tutorial for how it works. We’re just going to show you what we’ve done so far and how you can earn a living off of it.
Global assets are the in-game shops that give out items from other vendors in-game. They’re not necessarily selling themselves and we don’t have any documentation to show how they work, but they look like they actually do work. You will need to do a little research to find out if the items you are selling actually go to the account holder, or if they are just being given away to you.

As we are quite aware, there are a few vendors that give out items to you in-game that won’t actually benefit you. We’re trying to create an inventory of vendors that will allow the player to research how to get the item you want. For example, when we were at PAX West we noticed that we could only buy items for one of the players.
We will also be adding a few items that are not directly related to the game but will still be useful to the player. For example, we can make it so that the player can pick up a new item, say a hat, but it will only be usable by the player wearing it. We are also going to be adding a few vendors that will give you items that you cannot get elsewhere in-game.
These kinds of items are called “global assets” because they don’t carry the item’s item level. Therefore, they do not require any special player-versus-player combat. Items that do not count against the player’s current inventory are “global assets” because they are not available to all players.
