One thing I’m really proud of is that I went into asset management for a client at a relatively young age. I graduated with my B.A. in marketing but it was my first business. I was pretty excited to get the call from my boss after a few hours of sitting with him. It was a pretty normal call. We had a few questions, he had a few questions, and then we got down to business.

Asset management is not unlike construction. There are a lot of questions that need to be answered and a lot of work that needs to be done to define and measure them.
