The problem is that our brains are not in tune with the body, so the whole thing is a dance of our attention. We are unaware of the fact that our body is an amazing machine that is meant to be used to make us feel good, not feel bad. When we look at a piece of machinery, we are not aware that this machine is not in complete control of itself. It is the same thing with our bodies.
It’s not true that we are just a bunch of organs floating around in space, or that we don’t have a brain. We do exist in this physical world, and we must use our bodies to live. But the way we use those bodies to feel good is far more important than what the body does to make us feel good.
