My name is Alex, I’m the founder of Abap developer, and I’ve been working with Abap for about a year now. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some very talented developers, and I’ve also learned a lot about myself as a person through the process and as someone that works in the software industry.

We’re an Abap company, originally, weve been using the language for a year now, and Im working with developers from around the world. Weve been hard at work on improving Abap, working on new features, and we plan to release the first Abap 3.0 in the next couple of months. But we have a lot more to do, and Im excited about this project.

Im excited because it’s been an exciting, challenging, and fun couple of months so far. But one thing that weve learned in the process of using the language is that it definitely can get very technical and technical people can get really frustrated. If you look at any of the Abap code, you’ll see the “abap compiler” in the middle of the line.

That’s correct. When you look at the compiler, youll see a lot of type information in the middle of the line. And thats because the compiler is using type information to find the most efficient way to code the program. Im excited about the fact that we’re using this knowledge for something really important. In our next release we’re going to be taking advantage of the abap compiler to help us build a fully dynamic IDE.

The abap compiler is a language construct in abap that allows you to build a more efficient, dynamic code editor. To use it, simply place the code you want to edit inside a function, then call the compiler in the middle of the line (usually with an #ifdef directive). The compiler will then generate a complete function in a different file that will take care of the rest.

As you can imagine, it only works if you have the abap compiler installed. If not, you can use the abap editor on a regular basis to make sure your code is always as efficient as possible. Once you use the abap editor, you’ll find that many of the things you do in your editor are much easier to do with the abap compiler.
