At Intel we are going through a period of product development which is, by our definition, self-aware. A self-aware product is a product that thinks about what it will do and how it will feel and behave when it starts to do that. Just as a human being is self-aware of their physical body, their mind is self-aware of their thoughts and actions. I don’t see how this can be done for our tech, but it is possible.
