I recently attended the first-ever salesforce.com training in Atlanta. It was amazing to witness the salesforce.com team at work at S3 in the West End. They brought in a lot of good ideas from the past year and put them to work in their business. So the more we know about our customers, the more we can tell our business to our customers.
I can’t say too much about what the salesforce.com team does but they’re awesome and they have a lot of information to give us. This is especially true for those of us who are not in sales yet, but are interested in learning more about our customers.
