Sometimes it’s a state of bliss and contentment, like when we’re sleeping or in a deep trance, but it can also be like a very stressful and anxious state. It’s the most important part of our being, whether we know it or not, and our ability to focus and take action is very important.

The problem with focusing on our thoughts is that we often find ourselves in a trance, and that means that we are actually taking action without really being aware of doing anything. I just finished reading the book “1m february 10msolsmancnet”. I have to admit, I didnt expect so much from a business book. It is a book full of good information and helpful hints. I am so happy I read it. I am also very interested in the topic of self-awareness. We are not taught any of it in school and therefore we should be taught about it. I think it is important to teach ourselves about it.
